By creating an account or using PolyWallet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PolyWallet is operated by PolyWallet ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is available at polywallet.app.

2. Description of Service

PolyWallet is a portfolio tracking tool for Polymarket. The Service allows you to:

• Track wallet addresses and their trading activity on Polymarket
• View trade history, positions, PnL analytics, and performance stats
• Export trade data (premium feature)
• Access market scouting and leaderboard features

PolyWallet does not provide financial advice, execute trades, or custody any funds. We read publicly available blockchain and API data to display trading information.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods.

You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or track individuals without their knowledge for harmful purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service beyond normal use or authorized API access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Wallet Tracking Disclaimer

PolyWallet tracks publicly available wallet data from Polymarket. By adding a wallet address to your account, you represent that you have a legitimate reason to track it (e.g., it is your own wallet or one you have permission to monitor).

All data displayed is sourced from public APIs and blockchain data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

PolyWallet offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

The free tier may have limitations on features and usage as described on our pricing page.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of PolyWallet. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

Your data (wallet addresses, custom names, tags) remains yours. We claim no ownership over your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Trading losses or decisions made based on data displayed by the Service
• Inaccurate or delayed data from Polymarket or other third-party sources
• Service downtime, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
